My personal journey in healing from buried memories of early-childhood sexual abuse has imbued me with profound understanding, wisdom, and deep compassion. As a Certified Life Coach by the Life Coach Institute, I am dedicated to helping women who have endured childhood sexual abuse or have suspicions of it. I offer a free 30-minute introductory session to see if my services fit your needs at this time.

As a life coach specializing in sexual transmutation, I am dedicated to working with women who have endured childhood sexual abuse or have suspicions of it. My primary goal is to guide these women toward discovering their innate healing capacities and reclaiming their voices in a safe and nurturing environment.

While I am not a trained therapist, my extensive experience with many different therapies and healing modalities has led me to pursue Post-Graduate studies in the School of Life. Working with me, you can expect to receive valuable resources to complement any current therapy with a licensed professional. I offer you compassionate, heart-centered support because I have walked the path, and I truly understand.

I do require that anyone who works with me also be in therapy with a trained and licensed therapist. My expertise is in helping you manage the day-to-day process of learning to hold yourself, love yourself, and value who you are. Ideally, the goal would be for you to come home to your own essential self. My offerings to you are coaching in the process of daily living, supplemented with an in-person Music, Color and Crystal Healing Session if you are able to travel.
