It is my theory that there are a great many people throughout the world with buried memories that deeply affect the quality of their lives. Children simply do not have a context for or understanding of what is happening to them, and the perpetrators rely upon this innocence. It is, without a doubt, the most devastating thing a child can experience. When a child’s body/mind/emotions/spirit are violated in this way by a person larger and older, it places an intolerable burden on them.
It overwhelms their nervous systems because they are not ready or prepared for the energy of a larger person doing things to them that are for larger, older individuals. Because of this overwhelm, the child has to split from precious parts of themselves to survive, so the memories stay hidden inside them—often for life.
